JSP Compilation Error in WebSphere Application server v3.2

Hi
We are using IBM Websphere Application server  Enterprise Edition 3.2 and
when we try to access JSP files we get an Compilation Error,But it doesnt
say where exactly it has got Compilation errors.Do we have to do any Setting
in Websphere to get the Exact errors.Now we get message called Compilation
Failed.
