Sorry if I'm wrongly post the question, coz I don't know anymore where should I post this. I have some doubts regarding the servlet configuration on Apache JServ 1.1.2 I read somewhere that the hostname on jserv-url section must be localhost that is, 127.0.0.1 is that true? and what is the reason? example: ApJServMount /servlets ajpv12://127.0.0.1:15643/myServlets And, I've changed the ApJServMount configuration to, ApJServMount /myfaveservlets ajpv12://www.mydomain.com:8100/myzone after I executed the servlet, I got this error messages, [06/11/2000 17:22:17:967] (EMERGENCY) ajp12: can not connect to host 51.11.90.1:8100 [06/11/2000 17:22:17:967] (EMERGENCY) ajp12: connection fail [06/11/2000 17:22:17:967] (ERROR) an error returned handling request via protocol "ajpv12" And then, I returned back the ApJServMount to previous setting. It worked again. what's wrong with that? Please advice.
