Hi guys,
sorry for disturbing you, but I've just started with JSP and decided to use Tomcat. I managed to install it (W98) and get it up and running but not sure if running correctly. I had to delete the TOMCAT_HOME variable setting from autoexec.bat to start the server. Also, because W98 included M$ Personal Web Server doesn't support JSP, I run Tomcat as a standalone server (just learning anyway). So, what is the http address of my .jsp files? What port? How to set it? I tried to click straight on .jsp file in tomcat\webapps\appname directory, but it didn't work (browser displayed the sourcecode of JSP in place of it's results).
Another question: after downloading and unzipping the examples.zip file from Sun's tutorila on JSP Tomcat decompressed .jar files automatically and created subdirectories in each except of  helloworld in which WEB-INF subdirictory is missing. What can I do with that?
Sorry once again for such a trivial issue, I pin all my hopes on you!
