NO limit at all. You can have as many lines of code as you want.

try this simple one an tell us if it crashes.

<% out.println("hello world"); %>

or <% =("hello world") %>

  If there is still problem maybe you have not configured JRun properly.

  I am using JRun myself and everything is fine.
