You may use the following meta-tag:
<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="time; url=newsite.htm">
where "time" stands for a number, that represents the amount of time that
the original page should be displayed before redirection (e.g. 0 for
immediate redirection) and "newsite.htm" stands for the url, the request
should be redirected to.
