You can output it directly in browser.
ByteArrayOutputStream byteStream=new ByteArrayOutputStream(512);
byteStream.write(Image); // Image is image byte.
response.setContentType("image/jpeg");
response.setContentLength(byteStream.size());
byteStream.writeTo(response.getOutputStream());
