I am using Window98 , Tomcat 3.2 However When I am trying to start the Tomcat I am getting the message that In window9X , TOMCAT_HOME can be only DOS8.3 . My Tomcathome is set as D:|APACHE|TOMCAT .So I guess I am still OK with my TOMCAT_HOME setting . I am also getting the message that CLASSPATH can not be set dynamically ( due to problem in TOMCAT_HOME) So CLASSPATH is being set statically . Can anybody tell why my CLASSPATH is not gettign set properly by TOMCAT . Even in the presence of the above problem related to CLASSPATH , i am able to run my JSP's and SERVELTs with the same TOMCAT . But When I am trying to call the bean from the JSP file , I am getting 500 Error .I think the problem is due to the fact that class path is not getting set automatically . I appreciate any help in this regard .
