The bean goes into the WEB-INF/classes directory. If the bean is in a
package then the directory it's in has to be fully qualified. So if the bean
is called bar and is in a package com.foo, then it should be in
WEB-INF/classes/com/foo.

If the bean is in a jar then it goes in WEB-INF/lib
