OK I have had some feedback on this but it hasn't helped.
I have tomcat with apache and mod_jk.
Tomcat needs to startup as root in order to access crucial config files But
how do I copy the apache style of spawning children as an unpriviliged user.
Aren't there some config directives like in httpd.conf user and group??
