Thanks Kevin for your response.

Actually, my prob is that my jsp page is using beans
which do some network stuff. Now, sometimes due to
network probs my jsp page is not able to process and
the browser shows the progress bar for a long long
time before coming out with the page saying 'this page
cannot be displayed'.
Thats why i am looking for way to time out my jsp
page, so that my site users just don't sit in front of
a never-ending page.

Please guide me.
