It's probably possible, but no longer supported (which basically means we
haven't tested it and don't guarantee it will work). The biggest hassle is
that you have to restart Windows 98 in order to get PWS to reinitialize.
Therefore, you'll need to restart Windows after installing ServletExec and
every time to you want ServletExec to reinitialize (Windows NT/2000 don't
have this problem).
