This isn't JSP-related; it's JDBC only, which means you really should find a
JDBC list somehow.

search for drivers for various databases. Takes twenty seconds, tops. Has
been available for, um, seems like years. SQL Server returns three pages of
all kinds of drivers.

You really should consider buying the one you want, if you can't find a
low-cost one that serves your needs. Resource acquisition is pretty normal
