Dear Gina,
You have to specify special value i.e. '+' instead of space if you
wish to pass space as a parameter....
you have to rewrite your code as
response.sendRedirect("aJspPage.jsp?paramA=aa+ a¶mB=bbb");
instead of
response.sendRedirect("aJspPage.jsp?paramA=aa a¶mB=bbb");
