You can't unless YOU (your javascript) opened the window or you're running
signed scripts (in a secure environment).
Think about it, you've been browsing along, lots of good stuff in you
browser history, then some dumb web page comes along and closes the window
and you loose it all. I wouldn't be happy.
You also can't make a window always hidden or smaller than 100 x 100 for the
same reasons.
Don't ask me about how to create signed scripts because I've never had to do
it.
