Hi, I am so sorry that this thread is off-topic but pls help me as I am new
to mailing list and had no idea how they work
anyway, I would like to consult u guys' expertise. I understand the benefits
of having a connection pooling but what I am not sure of is the security
aspects of having a connection pool. With all the connections already opened
and waiting for sessions to assess it, how safe is it exactly? Does this
pose a security loophole as compared to another implementation whereby
connections are opened as and when required and closed immediately once the
transaction is completed?
Please shed some light on this issue as I would like to know how the
implications can have impact on my web application project...
Thanks for ya help in advance....
