Tomcat doesn't auto re-complie, you can let your IDE do it. I'm using
Forte2.0, in project settings, it allow you define a parameter to auto copy
your complied class file to the tomcat/webapps/yourproject/web-inf/classes
directory. But you do need restart tomcat each time your make change on java
files

Hi,
I have a small question regarding tomcat. I noticed when ever I make some
change in the bean and compile it. When I try to access the bean through
my jsp page I get error. But when I restart the tomcat it works fine.
Is it a normal behiavior.
Thanks for all your help.
