Hi, Jun.
When I was new to Tomcat I had the same problem. I don't know if you are
using Netscape or Microsoft Internet Explorer.
If you want my advice, use Microsoft browser. When you are not online,
probably you will receive a message: the request page is not available
without conection or something so...click "work without conexion".
It's simple and it should work.
