According to the spec, the <jsp:include .../> element
provides for includion of resources within the same
context as the current page. That means that you won't
be able to go outside of your server for the resource
you are trying to include (ie. you won't be able to
access http://java.sun.com). The resource should be
specified using a relative URL (filename/filepath only -
no protocol or server specifications). Rob
