Hi,
I have a JSP from which I need to access a EJB.
(For the time being forget about MVC architecture etc.).
My JSP is residing in one Appserver (iPlanet) and my EJB is residing in Weblogic.
My JSP needs to look up for the bean in Weblogic.
Now, I am interested in knowing which protocol does these two appservers
communicate with each other?.
Is there any way I can force some specific protocol to be used for this
communication like I want SSL over RMI or SSL over IIOP etc.
In fact I am a bit confused after reading about RMI, RMI-IIOP, IIOP. (and SSL over
these!!)
Any pointers greately appreciated.
Regards,
Sripada
PS: I have read the Weblogic documentation. Not much help in this regard.
