Don't save it to an HTML file, just email it directly.
The best solution is using custom tags. Check out taglibs.com there are
several libraries that offer simple tags to email the body of a tag. In most
cases these tags don't output the same body to the browser. but it's not too
difficult to alter the code so that the output is sent as well. Probably
just altering the 'return SKIP_BODY' into 'return EVAL_BODY_TAG'
