here is what i think...

as and when you create a session, get the time stamp...store it in a some
variable...
start the thread which continuously checks on this session object and it
should have
the creation time of the session....it the difference between current time
and session creataion time is more than you required(let's say 25 minutes),
then display alert msg to user..
But when you display alert msg, you should still have all info about the
session...when user session is expired, this thread should be killed...
