Actually there is no WEB-INF nor classes directory anywhere.
The only directory I see that could be of interest is called beans
and I tried to put my bean there but it doesn't work either.

You should have a WEB-INF directory and under this is a classes directory
that's where your classes have to go.

Try to read up on web applications and the directory structure.
