Maybe line 34 is not the right place for your <info> element?

Hmm. How could we possibly check this? Well, there's that DTD thingy that's
referenced at the top of the .tld file. I wonder if it could be of some
help? It is a document *type definition*, after all, so maybe it will...

Aha! The DTD says that the "tag" element must follow this pattern:

(name, tagclass, teiclass?, bodycontent?, info?, attribute*)

Gee, that puts the <info> element *before* the <attribute> elements, and
your <info> element is *after* your <attribute> elements!

Well, whaddaya know, we found the answer! Will miracles never cease?
