You can add a html code like
<a name="gotohere"></a>
at the point where the field were added and call the jsp as
"jspname.jsp#gotohere".
This may not focus exactly to the same place, but this way you can choose a
place to focus on instead of the top of the page, probably enough for the
result to be ok.
