When the user hits the stop button the socket connection is closed and the
jsp no longer has a valid OutputStream. It is up to the jsp container to
unload the servlet class. It can do so at any time a request is not being
serviced by the jsp page. It does so by calling "jspDestroy()" before
removing the servlet class.
