Sudheendra,
I use Allaire's JRUN Server 3.0, Professional Edition. It's about
$800.00/CPU and gives you a complier/interpreter for JSP's and Servelets.
If you need EJB's, you have to go up to their Enterprise Edition, and that
will run you about $4000/CPU, which I find is a little pricey. But, I do
like the ease of setting up, configuring, and using JRUN Server in
conjunction with IIS 4.0 on a NT Server. Don't waste your money on the
mid-range product, which comes with a Type 4 JDBC driver. It's about
$1800/CPU, but the driver is very poor compared to other Type 4 drivers I've
tested. NOr does it fully implement the extended JDBC API. I ended up
sending back the mid-range product, and purchasing the Professional Edition
to use with a third party Type 4 JDBC driver.

Subject: Best Servlet Engine for NT, IIS and SQL Server
Hello gurus,
We have a situation where we need to host on NT with IIS and SQL Server as
backend. We never hosted anything on NT till this point.
We would really appreciate any inputs from all of you guys about the best
Servlet engine for the above configuration in different price ranges.
Thank you very much in advance
Sudhi
