ListServ, the program they use which is provided by LSoft, is dumb.
You must OMIT the quotation marks, thus having only SIGNOFF JSP-INTEREST
(and note the absence of any quotation markings).
It would be nice if it understood otherwise, but it's really not the best
program out there...
