Sufi... you really should direct this kind of question to three places, none
of them JSP-Interest: the apache-users list (to which I've given you a link
before), the whatever-OS-you're-running list (Windows of some sort, I
presume, as no other OS uses DLLs like that), and the
why-don't-you-know-your-basics list.
This has nothing to do with JSP.
