One of the cool aspects of javaMail is that messages are considered objects.
Manipulating the message can be very easy, just get and set properties on
the message object.

myMessage.setFrom(<fromAddress>);
myMessage.setRecipient(<recipient>);
myMessage.setSubject(<subject>);
myMessage.setSentDate(new Date());
myMessage.setText(<messageBody>);

transport.send(myMessage);
