javax.mail.SendFailedException: 553 sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed

What smtp server? i'm just using the JavaMail API for sending email through my JSP
page. I'm not running any smtp server. I hae the JRun studio 3.0 which i run on my
win98 PC to use JSP. I downloaded & installed the red. JavaMail & JAF from Sun's site.
