well .. we have been using JDOM for our projects starting from Feb 2001. It
has soon replaced using others. We have found the overall API exceeding
simple. Actually what i like about it is that it gives me an object
heirarchy for XML related tasks very close to my perception of XML. the url
is http://www.jdom.org . do look at the documentation section for two
articles that explain in dept the usage of the same. I mean ... i was amazed
at the sheer simplicity of object heirarchy. I dont remember where but i
believe there's a article comparing JDOM with SAX and DOM (and others).

For XML Learning i would definitely recommend IBM's site. Its got some great
tutorials

My appologies to Brett McLaughlin. I did like his book, but
miss quoted the author's name. I do remember his fine comments
on his collaborations with Jason Hunter on JDOM, and the reason
for the YAAPI ( Yet Another API ) in producing the JDOM spec.

Would anyone wish to comment on their experiences with JDOM
vs using DOM or simply SAX for projects?

Also does anyone have any experience with tools supporing Java
XML integration that you have liked?
