The Request Dispatcher allows servlets to forward control of the request.
This way the servlet can do some processing and the hand off the request.
For instance, you could have a servlet do some work and then hand off the
request to a JSP page for the presentation component.

The servlet life cycle for a servlet is essentially a server loading and
initializing the servlet, the servlet handling requests, the server removing
the servlet. When you use the request dispatcher to forward a request, you
need to have the destination servlet handle the request.
