THis is because if u r setting java_home in the command prompt that will be
for the current session.So u need to make it as a permanent setting. If you
are working on NT add a new environment variable JAVA_HOME or if u r
working on win 95/98 set it in autoexe.bat. So next time when you restart u
don't have to set it again.
