The only IDE I have found that supports both HTML/JSP and JS is JRUN Studio.
It's made by Allaire, and sells for $495.00.

I am trying to find an ide to develope jsp.  I am used
to VB and Interdev for asp and would like the same
functionality.  For example i declared a vector x i'd
like have the methods and paramenter passed exposed
while i write the code like:
