Hi,
one suggestion..
u could try to cancel the default behavior  by setting the RETURN VALUE
property of the event object ( in this case single click) to FALSE.  And
then use the double-click event to call another page.  Hope that helps.

   I have to move to next page , only when I am double click on some
image(image is may be an hyperlink or may not be..any one is OK for me)... I
am using Java Script
