Dear,
You have not given to permission to MySql Server allow
user wapdemo to access the database locally.
Execute the following query on the MySQL prompt
grant all permission on *.* to wapdemo@localhost
identified by 'password'
grant all permission on *.* to wapdemo@'%' identified
by 'password'
