i have a set of properties that i want to keep changeable for config
purposes. So i am keeping them in a myapp.properties file (too many to pass
with -D) i am having the problem of deciding WHERE to keep the file ?! Any
sugestions. I wanna keep it such that
a) no one should be able to refer to it ..
b) location need not be hard coded
c) easy for admin to find
