First of all, this is not at all a JSP question, but rather a JDBC

How you get the table names is DBMS specific (at least as far as I know)
so check out your DBMS for some special tables you can SELECT from.
You can get the column names throught the java.sql.ResultSetMetaData
class. Check the JavaDocs
