windows 98 does not provide worth wile security
..where as the win NT is secure .the user name and password are the points to
determine the person using your system ..
on the
network the log file in win NT can tell you what is happening where and
which system is doing this , by getting the internal local IP address you can
determine who is accessing your system.
also
if your system is standalone then you can check the last login name ...in the
startup /////so one aagain you can determine
