I am trying to establish a JDNI InitialContext() using the properties stored
in a jndi.properties flat file. The only place that I can put the file so
that a servlet can read the properties under Tomcat is in
TOMCAT_HOME/classes.

It is not seen in either <myweb>/WEB-INF/classes or <myweb>/WEB-INF/lib. Am
I able to set web application specific settings without manually reading the
properties in?
