You don't run JSP or servlets directly on IIS, you need a JSP compilier/interpreter to run "on top of", or in conjunction with, IIS.  You can use Tomcat, JRUN, Orion, or BEAWeblogic.  I personally like JRUN.  You can download a 30 day trial version, which will revert to the developers version after the 30 days, from www.allaire.com.
