I will rephrase my posting.

I am looking for an IDE which will make myself ( as developer)
self - reliant in almost any situation and
I know there will have to be investment for what I ask for.

Sorry for the phraseology. In a bit of a hurry.
I just want to do it.
Then forget about it.
