Is there a list moderator that can address this plague that moves from list to list? Has there ever been a moderator here? I'm new to the list and find it utterly disappointing to see this poster roaming free here after he was expelled from the EJB and Servlet lists multiple times with multiple aliases. If there is no moderator, and this spammer is allowed to run free, then perhaps this list does not warrant membership.
