It's working ok.
About double quotes:
just consider the replacement os a single quote
to double quote in such string:
Peter's menu.
Obviuously:
Peter"s menu
is not aceptable.
so, a single quote should be replaced by some kind of
apostrphy or single quote meta symbol.
Does any one have any suggestions?
