Ronald thank you again for your help. The problem is finally solved. I moved my
application to Solaris, set up the policies and it worked. I really do not know yet
what the problem was in Windows, but I guess it has to do something with the
Windows settings. Maybe I needed to set up the properties inthe files somehow
differently than the classic right-click... properties method.
