Unfortunately, request parameters are not in any specific order, it's up to
the whim of the Browser and Server what order you receive them in.  If you
just want to run through them, use request.getParameterNames() to get an
Enumeration of names.  If you want them in a specific order, you either have
to know that order and ask for them in that order, or use some other trick.
One that I have used in the past is to include a hidden parameter that has
the parameter names in the required order, then you can use a
StringTokenizer with that parameter value to retrieve the ordered parameters
in their proper order.
