I need some help on this problem:
Consider the following scenario:
Two pages: page A, and page B. page A has a link to
page B.
Page A uses:
response.setHeader("Cache-Control","no-cache");
//HTTP 1.1
response.setHeader("Pragma","no-cache"); //HTTP 1.0 to expire the page once it is loaded in order to ensure the data display on the page A is up-to-date. the problem happends when there is a self-posting
form on page A. If a self-post in commited before linking to page B, and from
page B, user clicks on brower-provided Back button, he/she will get a "page has
expired" error. (it is not a big deal, since a simple refresh will solve it.
However, it is still not preferable.)
Cause of the problem: form data expired. Only
occurs on IE.
Any suggestions?
Thanks a lot.
