Sure! I'm using LiveConnect.

Basically, I have a page that is set as HTML spans each with an ID. I can
use .innerHTML calls to change those value on the fly. Since I know what
piece needs changing, I can change them when I need to. I'm just looking for
a way to make a JSP implemt observable.

Now you have me curious. What do you mean by "java to javascript call"? You
cant bring a serverside value into a jsp page without a refresh as far as I
know. If someone knows how to do this.. I'll be very happy to know (as would
my clients who complain about performance when they want half the database
info to come back to them). :P

I have never tried or messed with JSP's that much. most of mine have always
used the EJB/JSP with request/response brokerage. However, one of my new
projects would be really cool if i could figure one tiny detail out.

I have a Model view that will perform certain actions and I want the JSP's
that display the information to show the changes without doing a refresh. I
was hoping to perform an observerable sequence that allowed each JSP to
"share" the same data set and on change do a notifyAll and just rewrite the
changed information. I have the Java to Javascript call to modify the
information. In fact I have most of it worked out except for the main key:
How do I get a JSP to implement observable so I can register it?
