Dear all, I am having a problem with weblogic server 6.1 that I downloaded and installed sometime back.
1) Whenever I am not connected to the internet and try to run the server, I get an error message stating "Could not connect to www.bea.com". - Not able to understand why should it connect to bea.com for starting the server. 2) After connecting to the net, I launched the console and tried to look into the "examplesWebApplication" sample installed by default. Strangly, I get the following message again: java.net.ConnectException: Tried all: '1' addresses, but could not connect over HTTP to server: 'www.bea.com', port: '80' I do not have anything listening on port 80.
