I'm afraid not, the <%@ include ..> directive is a
compile-time directive, it is translated when a JSP is
converted to a servlet. And tags are executed only at
run-time. The only "tag extended information" classes
are executed at compile-time, but they don't help
either (at least in JSP 1.1).
